Q. What size are your archive boxes?
A. The dimensions of our archive box are 410 x 305 x 265mm.
Q. Do we have to buy boxes from DFS?
A. No, but our boxes are designed and manufactured for archive storage. whereas other boxes may not be stack as well and may collapse, especially those made of pure recycled material. They are also very well priced compared to buying them from an office supplies company.
Q. How much do you charge for storage?
A. While this may seem like a simple question, we like to give our clients the best overall deal in terms of pricing. We find out how many boxes you need to store, how often they may need to be accessed. Do you require documents from the boxes to be delivered? Would you like them scanned etc? Once we get a clear picture of your needs we tailor a package to suit you.
Q. How long does it take to get my documents delivered?
A. We offer next working day delivery as standard, along with a 2-hour express delivery service. We can also scan you documents on demand and email them to you.
Q. Can I view my documents at your facility?
A. Yes – if you let us know in advance what you are looking for, we will retrieve your documents and have them waiting for you in our viewing room when you arrive.
