Total Recall works on a centralised MS-SQL database that allows easy interaction with most internal file management systems – including MS Excel. Users will also be able to access a wider variety of reports then ever before, including information on usage by department, work orders, frequently accessed items and item requestors.
With Total Recall, our clients can view the live status of requests or reports, and even subscribe to receive e-notifications when deliveries have been made or rescheduled online.
Scanned Document Access
Total Recall will also offer an easy-to-use platform for both requesting document scanning services and accessing scanned documents. The secure online connection to access scanned files can give your organisation greater peace of mind and transparency than ever before.

The new system is scheduled to go live on October 7. During September, we will be distributing PDF manuals to help clients moving to the system, and also fielding any questions you might have. We’re also working on some easy-to-follow instructional videos to make this already-intuitive platform even simpler.
